About
CCR Roofing (also operating as CCR Commercial Roofing) is an Austin, TX-based commercial roofing contractor that, as of December 2025, has been placed into court-ordered receivership. On December 3, 2025, the County Court at Law No. 2 of Travis County, Texas signed an Order Requiring Turnover and Appointing Receiver in Cause No. C-1-CV-25-006611 (Chase Garner and Richard Weston v. CCR Roofing, LLC and CCR Commercial Roofing, LLC). Peter Ruggero of Ruggero Law Firm, PC has been appointed as the court-designated Receiver, and all company property is currently held within the receivership estate. Any transfer of company assets without Receiver or Court approval has been declared void. Prior to receivership, CCR Roofing operated as a commercial roofing contractor in the Austin metro market, serving the types of flat and low-slope roofing needs common to Central Texas commercial properties — including TPO membrane systems, EPDM rubber roofing, modified bitumen, built-up roofing (BUR), standing seam metal, and protective coatings across office buildings, retail centers, industrial facilities, warehouses, and multifamily properties. Facility managers, property managers, building owners, or general contractors who have an active contract, outstanding work order, open warranty claim, or other business relationship with CCR Roofing or CCR Commercial Roofing are strongly advised to direct all inquiries and concerns directly to the court-appointed Receiver rather than the company itself. No new service agreements, maintenance contracts, or roofing projects should be initiated with this entity without consulting the Receiver. Parties with financial claims or concerns should seek independent legal counsel. My Roofing Tech recommends that Austin-area facility managers seeking active commercial roofing services contact an alternative vetted contractor in our directory.
